What does a living trust package cost at LA Vakil?
A couple's trust package is $2,000 and a single-person trust package is $1,500, plus $250 per minor child. A will package is $500 per person. No hidden fees and no separate document charges. A 50% deposit starts the work.
Do I need a trust if I already have a will?
A will alone does not avoid California probate. The process depends on ownership, beneficiaries, property value and the date of death. Properly funding a trust can allow trust assets to transfer without probate; other transfer procedures may apply to other assets.
